Recent Events:
Andrea will be speaking on the topic of “Leadership in the Time of Stress and Uncertainty”. This topic leverages Andrea’s experience as a Partner at Arthur Andersen during the time of the Enron scandal as well as her experience as a Managing Director for a consulting company that was sold after bankruptcy. The presentation will not only share her experience as a leader during those stressful times, but will encourage the listener to explore the application of Christian values in the business world that contemporary business world that we live in.
Andrea conducted two workshop-style sessions for a Leading Global Chemical Company that focused on:
- The science behind what makes men and women different and how those differences impact our communication styles
- The socialization of men and women and how socialization influences communication differences
- Andrea provided some practical tips on understanding the gender differences and communicating more effectively in business
